Just dashing off to the airport, can’t stop.
We’re off to Fiji for a week of sunshine and snorkelling,we hope and pray! Will selflessly report on hotel, activities etc etc
Five years ago we HAD A BAD HOLIDAY in Fiji. It was terrible!
But that was then and this is now… fingers crossed this one will be good.

We went to Hervey Bay for the weekend last week and I had the (stupid) idea of saying no electronics in the car. 3 hours there, 3 hours back. It was hell, felt like three years of whining, arguing and shouting. Never again!

Aaarrghh… we live and learn… have written a guest post about the unfortunate trip, will let you know when it’s posted. Thank goodness all the kids are water safe now, makes life so, so much easier.
I had a terrible family holiday in Orkney. Not because of the place of my husband or Jake but coz of our Dad’s death 2 weeks prior to this. Sadly has really tainted Orkney for me. Will have to go again one day and see it with a lighter heart.
It can look bleak up there, can’t it. You’ll have to go another time with a lighter heart and remember Dad sailing there.
