Even on a winter’s day in Sydney, you’ll find toddlers in their cossies splashing around on the beach by the shark net.
This photo was taken in summer and I’m posting it as we’re all longing for summer.
For long days at the harbourside in Manly, a visit to Waterworks, a play and a swim on the beach, some sandcastles and then fish and chips at the Wharf.
But if we pop down to Manly on one of these sunny winter’s days, take a bucket and spade… well, it’s not quite the same as summer, but it’s pretty damn good.
