  1. by fastboat? sounds like lots of fun :)
So many beautiful areas of that map. Some of my best and some of my earliest memories are of that region, especially green patch.

  2. Oh, I had meant to get a tent and camp at Green Patch this summer, but haven’t got it together. It’s a beaut spot. The boat trip was fast and fun, will post some pix. It managed to stop the three younger children battling each other.

  3. Hi Seana,
    Angela here how are you?
I stumbled across your blog while researching Jervis Bay. We live in QLD but want to do a road trip in our camper trailer to Jervis Bay. We are planning on heading there in the first two weeks of March.
It is such a beautiful place but my only concern is I keep reading that it rains a lot there :(. Do you know if March is safe option for camping?
I have images of my family playing on the beach everyday but Im not sure whether the weather is going to allow this. I suppose nobody really knows.
    Appreciate your thoughts
    Angela

    • Hello there, I don’t think of it as a place that’s rainy at all. Mind you I was born and brought up in Scotland so nowhere in Oz seems rainy to me. But seriously I’m sure you could find average monthly rainfall online??

Are you going to stay at one of the two beachfront holiday parks? Both are fantastic with gorgeous beaches right alongside. But the White Sands one has great play equipment and is beachfront and closer to Moona Moona Creek.

We’ve had fantastic weather in the past in March… but no guarantees, I guess. Thanks so much for getting in touch.
